This building is still under construction. Turn-over of units to owner(s) will be on the fourth quarter 0f 2008. My unit will be available for rent only on that time. If you wish to own one, few units is still available for sale.
In you want to rent a unit, I have available in the university Tower 1 infront of UST along Espana Blvd., a one bedroom or studio pad to choose from at 15T to 20T monthly or you may choose my studio unit at the Espana Tower, near Rotonda for 14T monthly rental including monthly association fees it is located besides PLDT main office.
All my CONDO units are fully equiped with airconditioning unit(s), fully furnished but you have to shoulder the monthly association fees (for UT1), water & electricity, cable vision connections & internet connections..
